Individual Therapy

Our face to face 1:1 sessions are individually tailored to help you navigate your current life challenges. Whether you're experiencing high anxiety or depression, trauma, grief or relationship issues. We use evidence-based treatments to help you feel less alone while you build healthy coping skills and overcome whatever life challenges you're currently facing

Couples Therapy

Our couples therapy sessions are designed to help identify the strengths and challenges in your current relationship, improve communication and re-ignite the sense of connection or passion most couples seek. We work with couples to identify patterns of behaviour that may be causing distress or conflict and provide tools to help you build a stronger, healthier relationship.

Assessments

Lamplight offers personalised Assessments for children, adolescents or adults with possible ADHD, Autism or Learning Difficulties. Assessments are comprehensive and personalised to each individual. Often an assessment provides much needed relief and information about what might be going for you, your loved-one or your child.

TeleHealth

All sessions and Assessments are available via TeleHealth, allowing clients to receive the same quality of mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home or office. We use Zoom, a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to explore issues and develop a recovery plan.

Group Therapy

Therapy is available in a group work format for mindfulness, anxiety and agoraphobia. Groups are great way to feel less alone with a problem and for people to share coping strategies, build a sense of community and feel less alone with their struggles. A timetable for groups will be posted when available.

  • We offer evidence-based psychological therapy for children, adolescents and adults. We provide 50min personalised treatment for individuals or couples. All therapy and therapy is individually tailored to help each person feel seen, heard and validated.
  • Lamplight also provides assessments for children and adults with suspected ADHD, Autism, Learning Difficulties or other mental health concerns.
