This group run at no cost when you have a group Mental Health Care Plan.

Group Therapy Modalities
At Lamplight we take a structured, collaborative approach to group therapy. Each session will have an outline based on evidence-based approaches to group therapy. However, they are also open and collaborative and rely heavily on the contribution of group members.
Most people who participate in group therapy say that hearing from other people who are experiencing the same symptoms has therapeutic value above and beyond what they experience in individual therapy. If you think a group therapy approach would be helpful please express your interest here.
